National recognition and customer rollout are listed separately. 13 markets are shipping FSD Supervised. The Dutch RDW approval covers six EU states, the Netherlands included.
Rollout: Newest FSD for current (AI4/HW4) cars: 14.3.12: rollout rolling (~35/day vs 47/day peak 2026-10-14). Older (AI3/HW3) cars: newest is 14.3 Lite, ~43.3/day. Latest OTA 2026.38.5.1 carries FSD 14.3.12.
